Good morning everyone! I hope you’re all doing as great as I am! I am feeling so beyond blessed this morning! As some of you know, I stayed up super late last night working on my blog and I have had a ton of progress. This is my official blog site! A delicious healthy pancake!
Here are all the ingredients you will need
If you don’t have 1/3 cup quick oats, use one pack of instant oatmeal like I did
Mix everything together in a bowl, and pour into a pan coated lightly with butter or pam (butter is better if you like the edges a bit more toasty like I sometimes do). Smooth it out into the shape of your pan (or whatever shape you want!) with a spoon
While you’re cooking that over medium heat, get your toppings ready to go
Using a small microwave safe container, put your walnuts in the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds
Once your pancake can ‘shake’ in the pan without sticking, it’s ready to flip (be gentle!)
Cook it just a little while longer on low heat, put into a plate, add your toppings, and you’re ready to go! Don’t forget to heat your syrup first, too! : )
Now you’re ready to eat!
