This blog is an up close and personal online journal of my entire experience through finding my health, and keeping happy through balance and moderation.
I post everything that eat to show all of you that you really can be healthy, in shape, and stress free through listening to your body, not depriving yourself, and without counting your calories. I have learned to stop counting, and start enjoying!
I now eat more wholesome and healthy foods than ever before, and I feel better than I ever have in my entire life! Not to mention, I am happier and less stressed today than I've ever been.
