6-8 Week Challenge, Sept 1st. See you then!

Hey everyone!

The 6-8 week challenge starts this Thursday, Sept. 1st!

The challenge consists of leaving out all grains, sugar, and cheese from your diet for 6-8 weeks. During this time you can eat things like: fruit, veggies, salads, stir-fry’s, omelets, fruit salads, yogurt, meat, nut butters, nuts, unsweetened dried fruit, LARA BARS, soups (without grains), tofu spring rolls, potatoes, edamame, etc…

It’s a GREAT, freeing diet! I absolutely love it and cannot wait to get started. You feel so lean, light, healthy, and satisfied. Sugar sounds less appetizing by about 3 weeks, and processed food loses it’s appeal. It completely reset my mind on healthy living, and made me fall in love with having a balanced, healthy diet/mindset.

If you want to join, DO IT! Just subscribe to my blog and follow me through the weeks!

Until then, I am going to be off the blog. I need a small break to relax myself during this busy time of school and studying. I don’t want to get burnt out, and I want to keep this fun. It’s all about enjoying life anyways, isn’t it? If you have questions, feel free to ask. I’ll still check the blog, I’m just not going to be posting. And yes, I will still be eating healthy and normal, haha! It’s not so that I can go crazy before the diet. I’ll be eating EXACTLY the same.

See you Thursday morning with my first No Grain, No Sugar, and No Cheese meal! I can’t wait for this! Love to you all until then! 🙂

I have a question about this, it says no wheat, does that mean we can eat brown rice bread? Or is that considered “cheating” ?

    • There is no wheat in Brown rice bread. Gluten is it wheat, and gluten-free eaters eat brown rice bread. I’ve tried it during a gluten-free diet and it was absolutely horrid.

    • It’s not actually “No Wheat.” It is “No Grain.” So you cannot eat any type of grain for 6-8 weeks (or whatever time frame you choose), including all rice products. It is actually very enjoyable if you let it be 🙂 I am so excited to start tomorrow because I remember how fantastic and energized I felt last time! 🙂
