The 6-8 week challenge starts this Thursday, Sept. 1st!
The challenge consists of leaving out all grains, sugar, and cheese from your diet for 6-8 weeks. During this time you can eat things like: fruit, veggies, salads, stir-fry’s, omelets, fruit salads, yogurt, meat, nut butters, nuts, unsweetened dried fruit, LARA BARS, soups (without grains), tofu spring rolls, potatoes, edamame, etc…
It’s a GREAT, freeing diet! I absolutely love it and cannot wait to get started. You feel so lean, light, healthy, and satisfied. Sugar sounds less appetizing by about 3 weeks, and processed food loses it’s appeal. It completely reset my mind on healthy living, and made me fall in love with having a balanced, healthy diet/mindset.

Until then, I am going to be off the blog. I need a small break to relax myself during this busy time of school and studying. I don’t want to get burnt out, and I want to keep this fun. It’s all about enjoying life anyways, isn’t it? If you have questions, feel free to ask. I’ll still check the blog, I’m just not going to be posting. And yes, I will still be eating healthy and normal, haha! It’s not so that I can go crazy before the diet. I’ll be eating EXACTLY the same.
