One bag of bejing-style stir-fry from Trader Joes, and just a little bit of tofu!
So tasty, and so healthy! I’ve made this before with rice, and it’s good too!
I didn’t get to eat dinner tonight until about 8:45/9, so I didn’t want something heavy. If you need it to hold you over a bit longer, I would add some brown rice too!
