Okay, so the Petite Treat I posted this morning now has a Sister 😉
Add Greek Yogurt & honey below the nana & peanut butter!
1/2 cup non-fat, plain, greek yogurt, 1 tsp. honey, 1/2 nana, and 2 tsp. pb!
-heat 1/2 a banana in the microwave with 2. tsp of pb. Cut the nana down the center, put 1 tsp. peanut butter on each side, and stick it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
-take it out, and put it right on top your yogurt & honey!
Such a good one, and so healthy! Seriously delicious. I just enjoyed this right after a good morning work out. Such an easy-MUST-try 🙂
