Pizza with No Cheese?

Good evening everyones, and Happy Sunday! I hope you have all had a great weekend!

I know I sure have! It’s been too much fun. It was Kurts Birthday on Thursday, so we have been celebrating!

I wanted to share this Pizza with you all that I had last week for dinner. It was so good, and it’s so much healthier than your typical pizza.

There is NO cheese on this pizza. Crazy, right? Well, it was still totally delicious- and I didn’t miss the cheese at all! In fact, after having this, I am going to have most of my pizza’s without cheese in the future! I enjoyed it more this way 🙂

This mini-pizza (which my amazing Dad made me) has pesto, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and olives. Mmm-mmm!

Have any of you ever had pizza without cheese?

  1. That looks incredible! What a great idea!

  2. How come you are not eating cheese? If you are worried about fat, lifetime cheese makes fat free cheese.

  3. I love cheese though 😦 LOL. But actually your pizza looks pretty good. I’m sure the pesto does a great job adding to the flavor of the veggies.

    • Haha, I like cheese a lot too, but it’s become more of a treat to me lately! It’s an easy thing for me to keep to a minimum 😉 You should try the pizza without cheese just once and see how you like it! Haha, that’s what I did and I loved it! 🙂

Were your parents always healthy cookers? Or did they start when you started your healthy lifestyle?

    • My parents never told me what I had to eat growing up. They always let me pick and choose. They never made me eat three meals a day either. They always cooked healthy, whole food, but where totally find with having tons of treats around the house. The last 6 years or so, since I have been on this journey, our house has become much healthier, and the treats are much more limited! So I would say more so when I started my healthy lifestyle. I have always been grateful that they let me choose my foods growing up. It gave me more of a passion to want to find out what “healthy” meant to ME.
