Okay, so here is my GF snack for the day! Mmm-mmm good!
It’s just a couple spoonfuls of non-fat, plain, Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp of blackberry jam on top, sprinkled with slivered almonds!
The jam gave it the perfect sweetness, and the almonds gave it that perfect crunch!
I loved this snack so much. Totally hit the spot 😉
Okay, so far this whole gluten-free thing is going good! Even as I type this post, my awesome Dad is cutting up tons of veggies and tofu to put on the grill for dinner tonight. Totally gluten-free, healthy, and delicious! Pictures to come later! 🙂
