I’m back, and SO happy :-)

Tumblies! Good evening! Ahh- I miss you guys so much! I am so happy to be back, and posting again! I am so ready to start sharing life with you guys again

Breakfast

This morning, I woke up and made my boyfriend and I breakfast. For him: breakfast burrito. for me: oatmeal with yummy toppings (banana, walnuts, and shredded coconut)

I know it’s best to cook your own oatmeal (not prepackaged), but I cannot trade this one up! It’s sooo amazing, and I like how it’s already portioned out. It just works really well for me 🙂

I always cook it on the stove, and add a little bit of unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk in the end. It gives it the perfect creamy texture!

Snack

A few hours after breakfast, while I was babysitting, I snacked on this Cherry LARABAR. You all know how much I love these! These things keep me going on busy days!

Snack

When I got home from babysitting, my boyfriend met back up with me (he had just gotten back from surfing) and wanted to shower before we went to get lunch. Being that I get hungry every few hours, my tummy was growling at me! I snacked on some celery and PB before we went so I wouldn’t be a hangry pants 😉

Lunch

And of course, I got the Urbane Cafe salad with no bread from Urbane Cafe! So yummy! It has spring mix, chicken, avocado, pecans, goat cheese, and balsamic dressing. This is my number one craving- all the time!

After our late lunch, I ran some errands, worked, and met with this super sweet guy who took pictures for my friends 21st Birthday. He talked with me about every single photo and kept complimenting everyone there and saying how nice they were. I really enjoyed his company. Don’t you just love nice people? Seriously, I love when I meet someone who has nothing bad to say about anyone- those people have amazing character!

Dinner

After that, I went downtown Ventura to hangout with my friends Gary and Lula at the Salon where Gary works (he’s super good at hair ladies!). I stopped by Natures Grill on my way over, because I was crazy hungry! It had been about 5 hours since my salad. I got a “Natural Burger” with salad instead of chips. It has a whole wheat bun, soy patty, soy cheese, tomato, sprouts, lettuce, grilled onions, and a little bit of thousand island dressing. And for the salad, I got tahini dressing on the side- I LOVE that stuff!
