So, today has been pretty relaxing. I am babysitting from 1-10 today, and I figured I deserved some time to just do nothing this morning (well, not nothing, but relaxing things that I enjoy)!

I cut up one apple and dipped it in one serving of sunflower seed butter
Have you ever tried Sunflower Seed Butter?
It’s a nice change up from Peanut Butter or Almond Butter 🙂
