Eggplant. Oh my gosh, I don’t know how many times/ways I have tried it, it’s the one thing I don’t like. I don’t like the look, the texture, the taste (does it even have a taste?). Anyways, the reason I’m tell you guys this (haha) is because I was going to have eggplant parmesan for dinner, and two bites into it I gave up. NO GOOD. I want to like it- but I just can’t!
Do you guys like eggplant?!
Instead, I had celery and peanut butter. I was hungry, and it’s the only thing that sounded good.
Except for chocolate of course 😉 This Chocolate is so good. I don’t know what it is about it, but it’s not too sweet, it’s very satisfying, and I don’t crave a million pieces when I eat it (like peanut m&m’s would have me doing… or Reeses… or See’s candy… shhhhh, Paige!)
I had one piece just plain, and then I had an idea because the peanut butter was still out.
I broke off a little piece and tried it with peanut butter smeared on top. Okay, yup! This is a new treat! Organic dark chocolate and organic peanut butter? I’ll take it! THIS was delicious 🙂
