Day 1: 7 Day Slim Down (Meal #4 & 5)

Good evening tumblies, Tone It Up girls, and facebookers! First of all, thank you all for your support. This 7 Day Slim Down has been FUN because of all of you!

I am here to post about Meal 4, Meal 5, and my after dinner yogurt and tea 🙂

Meal 4 was a white chocolate thinkThin bar. HELLO! This is my new absolute favorite! This one has soo much flavor! If you haven’t tried it, you MUST!

Meal 5 was Kale and Salmon, and broccoli that is not pictured. The story?

Well, I took out a bag of frozen veggies, started cooking them, and remembered: “wait, I am supposed to be having 1 cup of all GREEN veggies tonight!”

I had made a bag of tons of mixed veggies, that was mostly carrots! I wanted to stick right to my plan, so I put those in a container, ate the broccoli out of it, and made myself some yummy kale!

I swear, when you cook Kale in olive oil, they come out tasting like Potato Chips. I didn’t even put salt! I put 21 seasoning salute, ceyenne, and garlic powder (I also put this on my salmon, I have a feeling this is my new favorite combo).

If you guys are wondering what 21 Seasoning Salute is, pick some up at Trader Joes, right where all the other spices are! It’s seriously good on EVERYTHING! 🙂

After dinner, I was supposed to have 1/2 plain greek-yogurt. So, here it is!

Now, as I am blogging to all of you, and spending WAY too much time on twitter, I am enjoying a cup of Chamomille Tea 🙂
