Day 2: 7 Day Slim Down Meals 5 and after dinner yogurt

Have you ever had your house under construction like this?

My awesome Dad is constantly upgrading our house. Yesterday when I was pulling out of the driveway, I rolled down my window and said “Dad! Thank you for all your hard work!” He got a smile on his face that I won’t forget 🙂

The only downside is obvious. Where is the kitchen!?

Okay, I can handle it… he only closes it off for part of the day…

So, after babysitting today, I got hungry again. You better believe I was THRILLED when I realized I didn’t eat my piece of fruit with lunch.

I snuck under that taped kitchen and got myself a pear! I must say, at this point it tasted like the best pear I’ve ever had!

For Meal #5, I had leftover meat, with tons of green veggies.

There was 4oz of meat total- a little bit of salmon, and a little bit of chicken.

Why do things taste so good as leftovers? Especially meat! It’s like it soaks up more flavor!

For my veggies, I had a can of green beans (I rinsed them to get any salt off), and a little bit of broccoli. I was craving green beans tonight! I think that’s a first! 😉

After dinner, I had my 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt with a little bit of cinnamon and just a tiny bit of stevia.

I used one pack of stevia today on my grapefruit, in my coffee, and on my yogurt, and I still have some leftover!

Okay, I think it’s time for me to get to bed so I can wake up at 6am for my BootyCall workout! I have had so much fun these past couple days with all of you Tone It Up girls! What an amazing inspiration you have all been (that includes ALL of my blog readers)! Thank you thank you thank you for all the love! 🙂
