Well, good evening everyone! How has your day been?
Today is Day 3 on my 7 Day Slim Down Challenge! Today has by far been the easiest for me! I have been way less hungry!
Surprising, because I did that gnarly class this morning! Hmm…?
Anyways, for Meal #3, I had a salad with arugula, spring mix, broccoli, and chicken seasoned with the same balsamic that I used to dress my salad. I also used a tbs. of olive oil this time (that gave so much flavor!)
This was soo good, because it made the chicken super tender and moist!
Also for M3, I had one small green apple. I snacked on this while I was cooking, because I was pretty hungry 😉
For Meal 4, I had 2 cups of veggies and hummus! I chose to have celery and cucumber. Yum!
I honestly have never had celery and hummus before, and I’m happy to say it’s delicious! I always have PB with my celery. This is way healthier! I’m excited! 🙂
For Meal 5, or dinner, I had salmon, spinach, and asparagus.
Okay, HELLO! This was the best meal yet! We had marinated salmon in the freezer, and since I was supposed to add salt to this meal, I just chose the marinated instead, and didn’t add any extra salt. IT. WAS. SO. GOOD!
The spinach and asparagus was also amazing! I seasoned them both with olive oil (just a tsp.) and 21 seasoning salute, and garlic powder. I also drank 30oz of water with this meal, and recommended by today’s plan. Can you say filling!? I am SO satisfied!
Now, I am babysitting (sleeping baby), drinking my Chamomile Tea w/ cinnamon, blogging, tweeting, facebooking, everything social-networking, and about to look online at the Under Armour stuff, because Karena & Katrina make it look so dang good!
