And I’m eating mini cones and bon-bons! (Wait.. that was meant to be singluar… one bon-bon… one mini cone)
So delicious! And they are so tiny that you cannot feel bad about them 😉
For dinner, I had Oatmeal! Who saw this coming?
Most of you are probably aware that there is Oatmeal in at least one of my posts per day recently
In my Oats:
- 1/3 cup Coaches Oats
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. white choc chips
- 1 tbsp. soy nut blend
- 1/2 tbsp. shredded coconut
I’m not sure if the greek yogurt is my favorite.. Many bloggers put it in their Oats, and I wanted to try it… but I think I might enjoy my Oats more without it…? I am really not sure… I’ll give it a few more tries 🙂
