Prep Your ONO’s (Overnight Oat’s) Tonight

Hello loves! Okay, so I wanted to remind you all to make your Overnight Oats tonight, if you wanted to give them a try!


Oh, and yes, I ended up having a snack. I opened up the fridge to this beautiful grapefruit and had to have it! So great πŸ™‚

First of all, dilemma! I knew my computer was starting to slow down, but now everything is starting to warn me that I don’t have enough disk space. I’ve already deleted thousands of pictures… what to do next? External hard drive?

Okay, anyways! For the Overnight Oats! If you want to give em’ a try, do it! It only takes a few minutes!


I use Coach’s Oats, because I love em’! But use whatever Oats you have πŸ™‚



  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 shakes cinnamon


  • mix everything together in a mixing bowl
  • either cover bowl with plastic, or
  • put in separate container with a lid


I put mine in a little container.

My Moms friend Molly was getting rid of old Tupperware, and I saw this and wanted to keep it. This is some handy over-night-oat-ware!


Don’t tell me it’s old fashioned. I like it πŸ˜‰

  1. My parents have tons of those old Tupperwares. They are the best!! So much nicer than the cheapo stuff in stores now.

    second, i love your blog and all of your hard work over the past couple years.
    and, I am a college student and i have the 100 calorie original oatmeal packets in my room and i always have the individual chobani containers in my fridge as well.. how do i use both of these and make over night oats??

Well, for the yogurt, 6oz is popping in my head for some reason…. try one packet of oats, 6 oz of yogurt, and 1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 a banana, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, and 1 tbsp. chia seeds. Everyone seems to thing the chia seeds are a must! Also, I may have to get some tips from you! I am hoping to move out soon, and am wondering what the heck I am going to buy with my food budget!
